Congratulations to our 2023 Scholarship Recipients!
Each year Epilepsy Reach awards students living with epilepsy an educational scholarship in an effort to offset costs associated with higher education. We would like to congratulate our 2023 scholarship recipients and wish them well in their future endeavors.
Emma Beam

My name is Emma Beam and I am so excited to be one of this years recipients of the Epilepsy Reach scholarship! I am a sophomore at Appalachian state university and epilepsy has played a huge role in my life. Courtney Wall
Howard University
Hello, my name is Courtney Wall. I’m from Rockingham, North Carolina. I graduated from Livingstone College in 2010 with a Bachelor of Social Work degree. After several setbacks, I was determined to obtain my Master of Social Work degree. In 2022, I was accepted into Howard University Master of Social Work program. With the scholarship granted, I will be able to financially pursue my degree. Epilepsy will not stop me from achieving my personal goal, career path or educational outlook.
