As a devoted mother to an epilepsy warrior, she intimately understands the challenges faced by families dealing with this neurological condition, a perspective that adds a deeply personal touch to her leadership. Kendra holds a master’s degree in human resource management, bringing to the table over 15 years of invaluable experience in talent development, career coaching, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) strategies.
