Epilepsy Reach’s Emergency Medication Assistance Program is a lifeline for individuals facing the urgent challenge of accessing their antiseizure medication. Recognizing the critical nature of consistent treatment, our program provides a compassionate solution by offering a one-time 30-day supply of antiseizure medication. This immediate assistance ensures that individuals do not experience disruptions in their medication regimen, promoting both their health and overall well-being. Beyond the initial 30 days, our program extends further support by connecting individuals with a range of additional resources. From ongoing medication assistance solutions to comprehensive health services, we are dedicated to empowering individuals with epilepsy to navigate their healthcare journey with confidence and security. Transportation Support
Epilepsy Reach’s Transportation Assistance Program is designed to break down barriers to healthcare access by providing a practical solution for individuals managing epilepsy. Recognizing the challenges posed by transportation hindrances, our program offers a unique and impactful solution: a 6-month Uber One pass. This pass empowers individuals with epilepsy to secure reliable transportation to medical appointments, ensuring they can access the care they need without the burden of transportation barriers. By partnering with Uber, we aim to provide a flexible and convenient means of travel, enabling individuals to navigate their healthcare journey with ease.
